How can I book a tour?
You can easily book online through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all details.
Do you provide hotel pickup and drop-off?
Yes, most of our tours include pickup and drop-off from hotels in Hurghada. Extra charges may apply for hotels outside Hurghada.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash in local currency (EGP) or major foreign currencies (USD, EUR), as well as online payments through our website.
Are your tours suitable for children and families?
Absolutely! Many of our tours are family-friendly and safe for children. We also offer activities suitable for all ages.
What should I bring with me on a sea trip?
We recommend swimwear, towel, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, and a camera. For cultural/historical trips, comfortable shoes and modest clothing are advised.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour, you’ll receive a full refund. For last-minute cancellations, please contact us directly.
Are your tours guided?
Yes, most tours include a professional, multilingual guide who will provide safety instructions and information about the places you visit.
Do you offer private tours?
Yes, we can arrange private trips (sea or land) tailored to your needs for a more personalized experience.
Is travel insurance included?
Basic safety coverage is included, but we recommend having personal travel insurance for extra peace of mind.
What languages do your guides speak?
Most of our guides speak English, German, Russian, and Arabic. Other languages may be available on request.
